be reliable, honest, and good at his or her trade. If you, as a resident, have
any contractors that have done a good job for you let me know and I'll add them
to the list. By the same token, let me know if someone on this list has
messed up on you and we'll remove them.
This is no guaranty of their services nor endorsement of any kind other than a
history of good service to one of your neighbors. As a buyer you should
